German ECRC Conference organised by iff already booked out. 199 stakeholders from banks, debt advice, consumer organisations, science and politics will gather in Hamburg on June 6 and 7 on issues concerning the Bank-Customer Relation.
Financial Sector meets Client Sector - For the third time German stakeholders in financial services will meet in Hamburg and discuss issues like financial education, the international credit crisis, risk management in consumer credit contracts, the future of debt advice, investors' prpotection rules, the implementation of the EU Consumer Credit Directive 2008, protected bank accounts, scoring etc.

Guest speaker will be Professor Immergluck from the USA and Professor Dembinsky from Switzerland. Damon Gibbons from DOOD, our partner in the UK will also address us. Further guests come from Austria.

A reception with the German Bundesbank will take place on Friday evening. Saturday the conference will be hosted by the University.

While the conference is co-organised by German Consumer Centrals and the German Association of Money Advice it gets financial support from the following banks: CreditPlus, Hamburg Savingsbank HASPA, Citibank, TeamBank und VW Financial Services.
